ASTM F2724: Standard Test Method for Evaluating Mobile Bearing Knee Dislocation

This test method determines the dislocation resistance for mobile bearing knee designs concerning spin-out and spit-out of the mobile bearing tibial insert. The implants are tested at defined tibiofemoral flexion angles and maximum flexion. The femoral component is loaded with a predefined axial load and moved in ap-direction until luxation occurs.
